Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing FAE Rocks LLC dba Aura Shop. We’re excited to be a part of your wellness journey! Please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking Policy Scheduling Your Appointment: To secure your preferred time, we encourage booking in advance. Same-day appointments are available depending on availability. Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, we’ll send a confirmation via email or SMS. Please make sure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss any important information. Arrival Time: We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to relax and prepare for your session. If you happen to arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to honor other guests’ appointments. 2. Cancellation Policy Same-Day Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable, but cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to best manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations 24-48 Hours Before Your Appointment: If you need to cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled service, a 50% fee of the total service cost will apply. Cancellations More Than 48 Hours in Advance: For cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment, no fee will be charged. We are grateful for the advance notice. Rescheduling: You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any fees. If something comes up closer to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate, but please note that fees may apply depending on the timing of your request. 3. No-Show Policy Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment without letting us know, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. We value your time and our team’s, and this policy helps ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. 4.
